Mental Health Assists
We’ve become a bit of an “up-tight” society lately. Social issues that surround us are tasking to our emotional well being. We’re fighting to guard our time, goals and emotions. Then there’s our Special Needs Mental Health close friends and fam who’s “life calling” is somewhere on some spectrum and require lifestyle assistance along with professional medical care. No soul is the same. What helps one may/may not be a god send to another. I’m seasoned in racking my brain for what can help next.
